It was a sad day when Alexander McQueen departed this world, a unique designer…passionate, visionary, a master of exquisite detail, disciplined…and troubled. I am struck by the simple elegance of this particular body of work, compliments of Vogue. .
As a child I filled endless sketch pads with sketches of fashion, the human form and still life compositions before finding fresh inspiration in photography. Visual concepts excite, enthrall and continue to inspire, hence this Blog. Absolutely loving these illustrations, simple and elegant yet beautifully conveying their desired message …enjoy.
